We ship to the USA and other countries. Shipping availability and delivery times may vary depending on your location.

3. How long does shipping take?

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed.

Delivery time

Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–14 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be longer during busy periods, holidays, or because of customs processing and carrier delays.

4. Can I return my order?
Yes. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Please contact support@louandjo.com for approval before sending anything back.

5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll review the issue and work with you toward an appropriate resolution. For exchanges due to size or color, please contact us and we’ll check availability.
