Refund policy

Returns You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To start a return, please contact us at support@louandjo.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return Address Once your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to the sender address on the package.

Refunds After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Wrong Item If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges If you need a different size or color, please contact us. In most cases, we can offer a replacement or partial refund depending on availability.
